NestFest 2025 brought Portland’s design community together in a big way.
Held September 20 at the Goat Blocks, the event welcomed over 1,500 attendees, showcased six designer-led experiences, featured 20+ home-goods vendors, and delivered unforgettable moments like Cargo’s living room and the conversation pit by Portland Garment Factory.

2025 Design Focused Activities
Cargo and Masterful Planning teamed up to create a Living Room that blended pieces from local makers and retailers. By mixing styles and price points, they showcased fresh ideas and inspiration attendees could bring into their own homes.
Studio Howard brought in their Conversation Pit - a new installation designed by built at Oregon Natural Fiber Mill and Supported by Portland Garment Factory.
Attendees paged through the new Nester magazine, released at NestFest.
